101 Night Sleep Promise

Here are the details:

It can take a little time to become acclimated to a new mattress, especially if it’s been a while since you’ve had a new mattress. Take at least 60 nights to get accustomed. After a bit of time, you will usually find that your new mattress “breaks in” a bit, and you will likely find that you’re sleeping better than ever!

If, after 60 nights, and before night 102, you still are not satisfied with your new mattress, contact us by phone or e-mail with your concern. We’ll set up a time to meet with you in the store for an exchange.

In order for this offer to be valid, we require that a waterproof mattress protector be purchased from us at the same time as your new mattress, and that it be on the mattress from the time it arrives at your home until you return with the mattress to our location for an exchange. We will need to inspect the mattress for damage or stains prior to an exchange. If any damage or stains are present, we will not be able to accept an exchange. Assuming the mattress is, in our opinion, in “like new” condition, we will give you an in store credit which can be used toward the purchase price of a new mattress in our store. Special Order, Sale priced, Clearance, floor models and otherwise discounted mattresses may not be purchased with this credit.

There is a restocking fee for this exchange. The fees is equal to 15% of the original purchase price. Your credit will be equal to 85% of the original purchase price. We will accept an exchange one time per household. We will not accept any exchange after 102 calendar nights. Our 101 Night Sleep Promise exchange or store credit is not valid on clearance, sale, floor models, bedding, furniture mattress covers, and other household items. It is valid on mattresses only. Additionally, this offer is only valid on King, Queen, Full and Twin sized mattresses. Only mattresses purchased at the non-discounted retail price are eligible for exchange as described above. You must bring your original purchase receipt prior to any credit being given. If your receipt is marked as “no return or exchange,” an exchange or credit will not be given.

We want you to find the best sleep possible. That’s why we give you 101 nights to be sure that the mattress you have purchased from us is the right mattress for you. If your new mattress is not the best fit for you, we can help!
